Industry views are changing, with the hottest topic in retail right now, making it all about “The People” and the world of omni-channel is no different. This is NOT another webinar about the importance of omni-channel, or that customers don’t “think in channels any more” – we’ve all heard that before. Instead we’re focusing on the HOW...and discussing WHY “Your Staff” are the key bridging the gap between online and offline.
What you will learn:
How to get complete buy-in from your staff
How inclusive work can simplify and increase the success of projects
What initiatives you're missing to encourage your staff in an omni-channel world
What skills are key to building the ultimate omni-channel team
